These terms govern your use of this website. They do not create a client relationship with SweetIntel. For that, we sign a separate engagement letter.

By accessing or using sweetintel.ai (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by SWEETINTEL PTE. LTD. (UEN 202601959Z), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 112 Robinson Road, #03-001, Robinson 112, Singapore 068902.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or mirror the Site in bulk, or use it to train machine learning models, without our prior written consent.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Use the Site to harass, defame, or impersonate any person.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, typography, logos, and the underlying code, is owned by SweetIntel or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may view, print, and share the content for your own non-commercial, informational use, with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.
The SweetIntel name and logo are our trademarks. No licence to use them is granted by your visit to the Site.
5. Not professional advice
The Site is for general information. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. A client relationship with SweetIntel arises only when we sign a written engagement letter together.
You should not act, or refrain from acting, on information from the Site without seeking appropriate professional advice.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweetIntel and its directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to SGD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the Site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
11. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Site.
